The Market Shifts Upward

The newest Case Shiller report details that all 20 markets that they study have reported price increases. This is the first time in 5 years that this has happended. The supply of listings is very low. In Portland, we have a 4 month supply of listings. Interest rates are so low that it seems impossible for them to go lower.
