Distressed properties are not gone.  They are fading away, however.  Most banks are getting 90%+ of the market value.  The heavy discounting is still happening in Vegas and Phoenix.  Portland is back on track, and is even in a seller’s market.   Who would have figured,  Buy for Now,  John DeCosta, Keller Williams
