RMLS Showings are up and down. The market is slowing a bit…..

The hard working Realtors continue to put in the long hours. Realtors showed 24, 040 homes in the last week. Given that there are 6,000 Realtors in our area, that means that each Realtor showed 4 homes last week. The reality is that some Realtors showed many more than 4 homes.  We have approximately 1/2 the licensed Realtors actively working on transacations. Some licensees have other jobs or are not active in selling real estate at any given time.

We always admire the diligence that it takes to make a living in residential real estate. We hope that you get a great Realtor to help you on your next purchase. It does make a tremendous difference,    John D.
